We never lock you out suddenly
If a payment is late, Mistey keeps working for a grace period and warns you clearly. You will not lose control of your computer because a renewal slipped.

Questions about paying
What happens when my trial ends?
Mistey tells you a few days in advance. When the trial finishes you can subscribe from the app or this website. Nothing is charged automatically — there's no card on file.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and you'll see every payment option we accept. After paying, you enter your payment reference and we activate your licence.
Can a carer or organisation pay for someone else?
Yes, and it's common. The payment and the licence don't have to be in the same name — we just need the Machine ID of the computer Mistey runs on.
Do I need internet?
Only briefly, to activate. Mistey itself runs entirely offline — your camera and microphone never leave your PC. If the computer has no internet at all, a carer can activate it from a phone and copy one small file across.
